GTA IV LCPD crashing on startup. so I recently downgraded to 1.0.7.0 because I wanted to mod GTA IV but after I downgraded I installed a Trainer mod and it worked fine but after I installed LCPDFR (Police Mod for GTAIV) the game would crash on startup.
